The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, with a personal touch like a note on the wall in our room and complimentary treats. The rooms were modern and spacious, with excellent attention to detail like soundproof windows and clever bathroom lighting. We also appreciated the eco-friendly initiatives like the non-bleached toilet paper.
The hotel breakfast left a little to be desired, with limited options and some items running out quickly. Also, the location was slightly off the beaten path, but easily accessible via public transportation. Finally, while minor, it would have been nice to have a kettle in the room for convenience.

I had a comfortable stay at this hotel with friendly staff who were always ready to help. The rooms were spacious and had modern design. Parking was easy and convenient. I enjoyed the well-maintained facilities and had a good breakfast with fresh food. The location was perfect for visiting hospitals.

During my Christmas stay, I thoroughly enjoyed the warm welcome from the staff who made my visit unforgettable. They went out of their way to make me feel like a special guest. I also loved that the hotel was located near the hospital, making it easy to access the city center via the nearby tram station. The coffee and beer on offer were perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.
The breakfast was underwhelming, with limited selection, and items were not replenished adequately before the end of serving time. , the automatic blinds in the room were a bit annoying when they randomly turned up or down.
